Clean rooms, Lovely staff Just the wifi signal was weak

Lovely hotel. Great location.

generally acceptable for the price. Rooms are dated and bed a little uncomfortable. However, staff were friendly.

Not so nice side of town, too expensive for quality and condition of Holiday Inn. Didn't even allow us to check into room even though they we r memberss.

I had three rooms for a double family trip. It was a hot day in Paris. Two rooms were good, one had a bad small and the a/c was weak by American standards. Overall a good stay. We had to walk a few minutes and take a train for twenty to get to main Paris attractions. But it did the trick.

My stay in Paris was punctuated by having my wallet "pickpocketed" on the Metro immediately prior to arriving at the hotel. The staff of the hotel (in particular Vijay) was incredibly helpful with everything. Fortunately our stay had been pre-paid, but ordinarily the hotels require a credit card deposit - - the hotel was willing to waive the deposit. The staff was notified of my situation and was helpful from that point on. Fortunately I received a replacement card on the second day of my stay. The room was very nice and offered everything I needed. They helped to make what was a very frustrating experience much easier to deal with!

Good location and very modern and clean. Price was reasonable.

Overall a solid set up but in the middle of kind of a sketchy area of Paris.

Good location. Busy roads for driving but for pedestrians it is alright. About 30-40 mins to Charlesde Gaulle airport. Hotel is clean and well managed. There’s cafes, restaurants and mini marts just along the roads near the Porte De Clichy station.

The staff were friendly. The food was good. Location to the city was convenient. The rooms were bit old .
