voco Paris – Porte de Clichy by IHG

Room was very small, if i wanted to access toilet i had to close doors, this is more acceptable for shower but not the toilet. One evening we saw a rat in the bar (restaurant) the personal seemed not concerned at all. Otherwise room was clean good bed.

Staff (especially front desk people) was very nice ! But in the bathroom (room 709) the ceiling fan was broken and some paint on the ceiling was pealing away and following down on the bath floor.

Good condition hote with reasonable price in average area of Paris

Came for A Rugby match was very satisfied with Hotel and the staff good logistics would stay again

Everything was excellent. Very efficient and welcoming place to stay.

It is a bit far from metro

besides the problem with Travelocity cancelling our rooms and the hotel not having any rooms for us when we arrived, it was resolved by the hotel but we will see what the rates were compared to what I booked with Travelocity. the stress and heartache felt that night when we arrived in paris was not good for me and I feel like Travelocity needs to step up to some kind of responsibility because I have no desire to ever use Travelocity again since no one is admitting whose fault this error was that caused my breakdown on my first night in pari.

It was amazing but there was no food close to the hotel..

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is an easy 5-8 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The rooms were clean, the staff could speak english well and were extremely accommodating. The bar/restaurant got pretty busy in the evenings and seemed like they could use some more help, but the staff did their best to get to us as quickly as possible. It is a little out of the way for most of the tourism stops, but the metro system is so easy to use we didn't mind it at all. We would stay there again for sure!

Lot of of constructions around the hotel, location is not the greatest.
