Great hotel, and the food was pretty good too. One thing it is lacking to make it my first chouce business hotel stay in Paris is a gym. Stick a gym in there and it will win hands down.

Stained carpet on my floor corridor and in the room. Very small bathroom with no space for toiletries. Small desk shared with coffee maker. No 24-hour coffee. No free internet. Too expensive for the amenities on offer.

Pros: close to Metro stop, large room and bathroom,good hotel restaurant and bar. Good pillows and bed. Room was clean but did smell musty at times. Cons: common area could be cleaner/did not smell nice; expensive wifi, staff was more busy socializing than helping customers. Not much toiletries available. No iron in room either.

Generally good service and helpful staff. Always kind and courteous but one or two receptionist ladies were very slow in dealing with queries and check out.

Good hotel for business stay, if you daily meetings are around the area. The hotel is new, and looks very clean. The dinner was good a,d the service good.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff friendly; my room was nice, with a modern clean bathroom. My only complaint is that the metro station is farther from the hotel than I expected, and the surrounding neighborhood left a lot to be desired (quite a few homeless individuals and panhandlers). All in all, though, I thought the hotel was a good value for Paris.

Hotel staff was friendly and informative. Be aware - it takes a 30 minute subway ride and a transfer to get to the Louvre - "near" is over-stated Hotel is an oasis in an otherwise industrial neighborhood with no landmarks or interesting sites Area has NO late night bistros or early morning coffee houses - the only thing open after 10 for food is a small grocery store

The room was comfortable and clean. We stay her for one night. Good place to stay close to the Eiffel tower. There are rental bikes close by.

Good basic four star business hotel with friendly staff who spoke a range of languages. Taxi or Metro to downtown in around 30 minutes. Room was acceptable - some background noise from the adjacent roads, Air conditioning not very responsive.

4:oo pm was the check-in time, so we got out bus accordingly. Went to check in at 4:oo but were told to come back at 6 pm. Came back and had to wait another half hour at the key pick-up line.
