Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago South Lansing by IHG

Free breakfast, the pool was nice to swim in, the bed was comfortable.

We asked for new bedding because it had stains or dirty spots on it and they said they would change it while we was gone & they didn’t, we also asked for clean towels & they said they would bring them to us never did, we had to ask again.

Great stay overall! Facilities and location is the best! Certainly staying again here when we’re back in the city again.

This hotel was comfortable clean and quiet. Overall would recommend this property. unfortunately the deadbolt did not line up so would not work felt a little unsafe Clock and outlet by clock did not work,so phone did not get charged. Breakfast was good. Wish bananas and regular yogurt were available but there was bacon.

When I checked in, the staff was friendly, supportive, and funny. They were having a little issue with their printer. Kinda reminded me of the Movie “ Office Space” when the printer was taken for a ride! Don’t want to spoil the scene if you’ve never seen the movie. It was a classic! LOL!!! Anyway, it was a Great Stay!

The size of the rooms are great.

The only issue I had was Saturday night. I left my hotel key in my other purse, which was in my daughter's car. My son dropped me off at the hotel, when I realized it. He went to the desk & was given a replacement key!!! I was not at the desk with him & was outside. I myself know, that isn't the proper protocol!!! I didn't make a big issue, because that was my child & I was outside. But what if, it wasn't my child & someone else?????

Other than my neighbor’s smoking or someone smoking in the hall on a nonsmoking floor, all was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the shower head couldn’t be adjusted
