While the room air conditioning, and the lobby/breakfast area was very good, the hallways were HOT. Also, there was only one choice for eating dinner in a restaurant (at another hotel nearby).

When I checked in and went to my room. There was a hanger on the door that read “hang on I’m busy “. I did go into the room and it was either occupied or not cleaned. The lights were all on, sheets and towels everywhere. I understand these things happen but when I went back down to the front desk and told the employee, she questioned if I really went into the room and it was occupied or dirty. no apology nothing. I understand these things happen but not even apology? That’s poor customer service.

Super close to the Airport, variety of options for breakfast and the beds were comfortable!

I was charged an extra 10.00 than what I agreed on when I booked through booking.com. When I asked why the front desk employee said it was an airport fee. I think it should be disclosed when booking no matter where we book.
