The location was great and the room was comfortable. The hot tub was welcome after a long days drive.

I was disappointed the restaurant was closed the evening I arrived. Having a restaurant on site was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Also, in the morning the restaurant didn't open early enough. I wanted to get an early start to my travel.

Comfy Stay with Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Lloydminster—exactly what I look for in a hotel! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Donna at the front desk—her warm welcome, bright smile, and excellent service set the tone for a great visit. She’s truly an asset to the team! While the hotel has only one elevator, it wasn’t a major issue but another one is highly needed specifically during busy days. The property is well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout impressed me. Though breakfast isn’t included, there’s Smittys on the main floor, but they open late! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lloydminster—I’d gladly stay here again!

Its a GEM! This hotel needs an upgrade but still a gem in terms of cleanliness and hospitality! The lobby was clean and spotless when we checked in plus the staff at the desk was super friendly! Thanks Donna! The room needs an upgrade but over all cleanliness exceed my expectations! Will stay here again!
