Definitely not a 3-star hotel. All the chairs in our room were covered in stains...disgusting. We had to get them changed. The staff person on duty was very helpful, but the property shouldn't be in such gross condition.

"Staff above and beyond!"

This is our comfort hotel whenever we are in Lloydminster. Location is very convenient, near mall and restaurants. With the friendly Front desk staff and comfortable bed. The room is out dated but still good. There’s a pool and hot tub, but we’re busy with the powwow, never use it. Will stay here again this coming hockey season.

We stayed here again for Powwow Event. As always, room is very clean and comfy! Gentleman at the frontdesk is very friendly and polite. This hotel is near wendys, subway and Dairy Queen. There’s Smittys restaurant in side the hotel. Will stay here again! Highly recommended!

Chairs in the suite need upgrading... You sink to the floor when you sit on them.. Suite was small with a king size bed... No place to put your suitcase to open it up... Loved the walk in shower...

"Clean, Comfortable, and Excellent Service"

We had a great stay this past weekend! The Front Desk staff Francis and the Housekeeping staff Cynthia were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and my kids had a wonderful time enjoying the pool. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, which made for a pleasant stay. The outside areas and parking lot were also well-maintained and clean. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!
