Staff was amazing. Building was a little run down with damaged ceiling tiles and visible mold in the bathroom. Felt pretty clean otherwise and the staff were quick to address any and all concerns they could. Enjoyed the breakfast Options as well

The beds were comfortable and the pressure in the shower was nice. The front desk staff were helpful while we were there and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The pool and hot tub were clean.

I booked a jacuzzi room on booking. Paid extra for said room. The jacuzzi was the main reason that I booked at this location because I had been having back pain and a jacuzzi sounded like just what I needed after a long day at work and on the road. When I got up to the room I immediately turned on the faucet in the jacuzzi and no water came out. I called down to the front desk and was told that the room I was in shouldn’t have been advertised as a jacuzzi room because that jacuzzi was inoperable. I told them that I paid a higher price for this room because it was a jacuzzi room. They said they couldn’t move me to a different jacuzzi room because they were all booked up. The front desk staff person that was on shift that night said that he would see what he could do for me to compensate me. I was told by him that they would refund me for half of the price of the room because of the mistake. Later he told me that because I booked through a third party (booking.com) that I would have to reach out to them to get booking to reach out to the hotel and they would approve the refund. When I went through the process I was offered a $35 refund which I declined because that wasn’t what I had been promised. I still haven’t heard from them and it’s been weeks.
