"A Good Place to Stay"

First visit to Carlsbad and Holiday Inn Express. Brittany, very friendly, energetic and professional helped us at registration. We came in contact with a couple of other staff members who were also friendly, which we found really refreshing. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very pleasant experience.

The loudest hotel ever! Loud people in hallways and slamming doors all night long. Air conditioner so loud i thought it was a helicopter from near by hospital! Loud traffic noise all night. No sleep. B

"Great hotel!!!!!"

This hotel was very nice. One of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in, furniture was quite new. Staff was friendly and accommodating as I called to see if I could check in early and they made that happen. The hotel is also in a nice part of town with restaurants and shopping very nearby

The window in our room was loose it rattled. Went down to the front desk and they were kind enough to give us another room. The blind was permanently down. It was broken. No motor to raise the blind.
