"Comfortable Stay"

Room was clean. Bathroom accommodated my need for a seat in the tub/shower. Breakfast had a great variety and the seating was plenty. The elevator was clean and quiet.

No door handle sign "Do not disturb" Front desk needs to respond to a first call not a second for attention.

"Horrible - No Hot Water, Lied to, Offered no Compensation"

Hotel had no hot water & barely any water pressure one morning. Still serving breakfast with no hot water available. Lots of guests in breakfast area & one by one approaching the front desk over the no hot water issue. Also, it's clear from other fairly recent reviews that our no hot water issue wasn't an isolated incident. Hotel clerk lied & said manager was working on compensation to the guests & we'd hear back from the mgr via email "within a couple days". Did not happen, my card still charged full amount. In addition, corporate didn't help, so I have to surmise they don't care either. Very disappointed in the whole ordeal.
