Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Hampton South-Seabrook by IHG

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious. Staff was pleasant. The hotel was not loud for the most part. Breakfast was your average Holiday Inn Breakfast. Parking was convenient. One issue, when we entered our room the television was running. The bathroom door shut and when we opened the bathroom, although the bathroom looked like it has just been cleaned it smelled really strong as if someone had used it to have a BM. Not good. When we told the front desk they seemed very confused as to how this happened. Fair! But they also didn't do anything to compensate for the disturbing feeling that someone used our room before we got there. As long time ihg members we've come to expect more.

The breakfast was great . The eggs actually tasted really good and the cinnamon rolls were nice and warm and fresh yogurt and fruit was great.

Maybe extending the time a little bit .

They accommodated my requests.

Only draw back was that the room should have been vacuumed better. There was small small debris under the edge of one of the bed platforms.

Classic HI Express. Nice rooms, great AC, modern bathroom with toiletries, easy breezy. Housekeeping was all over us, even though as a IGH Rewards member I had a late checkout.. NBD, just a nuisance. Not much to say here, I'd stay again.
