very good and clean.

Not much parking due to construction maybe, some parking spots were not available. Great room, clean and quiet.

Comfort beds and clean breakfast was great

The rooms could be a little colder

First impression is old property and common areas and halls need painted and remodeled but room is updated, clean and very comfortable!

The usual reasons why we stay at Holiday Inns. They’re clean and it’s nice but I was treated like complete garbage by the front desk lady after making my reservation on Booking.com in order for my family and I to make a sudden and tragic trip to my best friends funeral. She was my sister and my daughter’s aunt for 23 1/2 years. We’re an Army family and time is so precious. She died suddenly at 41yo. Her two children are left. I was told I wouldn’t have a room unless I paid her over the phone. I explained to her I wouldn’t give her my card info over the phone and that my reservation agreement was through Booking.com all while just simply calling the Holiday Inn to inform the them we’d be a little late for check-in. I was left distressed and in more tears. She was extremely rude and persistently harassing me for my card information. I called Holiday Inn’s customer service center, was given a case number and never heard a word back. We asked for a late check out due to the time for the funeral and were told 12pm latest. We get back from the funeral at 11am and the door key wouldn’t work. All of our belongings still in the room. Thankfully the cleaning lady was kind enough to open it for us.

The staff except for the cleaning lady who deserves to be managing the hotel.

Stayed for 10 days with no problems. Front desk was always spot on with questions or assistance.

location was off of interstate slot of traffic. room was comfortable and what was expected.

Only fast-food places around. .
