"Old run-down hotel in horrible location"

I honestly cannot understand the positive reviews for this hotel. The location is terrible with horrible surroundings, and the entire property is run down. The rooms are dark, very old, and incredibly badly soundproofed – you can hear everything. The breakfast was the standard US style - plastic cutlery, paper plates, packed food etc. I am not sure how "PLUS" got into the hotel's name, as it insinuates a higher standard which definitely does not deserve. Never again!
