Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel

The room itself was very large and with two queen beds, a couch and chair, plenty of room. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom was terrible. It said it was disability accessible with a walk-in shower. It was NOT a walk- in shower, it was a regular step-over shower with extra grab bars. There was one tiny bar of soap at the sink with one hand towel and hardly any Kleenex left in the box. The toilet was the worst. It was uncomfortable. The towel bar (which could have used more towels) was positioned right next to it and the toilet had no lid, which meant every time it was flushed, it would be contaminating every towel on that shelf. It was disgusting! We had fresh towels brought in the next morning so we could shower. Also, both toilet paper rolls were almost empty. We had to have someone bring more that night even though they said housekeeping was closed.

I liked that it was walking distance to a liquor store/gas station. A lot of parking for free! The free breakfast was actually really good too.

Horrible location. Loud. Very dark run down rooms. Fan in bathroom and aircon very loud. Room with connecting door so very loud.

Quiet location off of a backroad. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was clean and my privacy was respected.

It’s pretty far from from the Vegas strip.

I have to say that I was surprised to find this hotel actually located within what was essentially an unappealing warehouse/business district. As we followed Siri's instructions to get to the hotel, I couldn't help but think that we were being led in the wrong direction until we actually saw the Best Western sign. There was plenty of parking once we got there. Once inside of the hotel, I got a feeling that it was not unattractive like the rest of the area. It was a standard Best Western Plus with an attractive lobby and friendly front desk people who efficiently checked us in and seemed to be eager to serve. A quick trip up to our floor on the elevator took us to our room. One special note I'd like to make about the hallway was that it had pleasant lighting and colors. The room itself had a comfortable king-sized bed and a cheerful bathroom. I would like to make a note for the managers of the hotel. Our bedding didn't smell or look very fresh. It was past time for it to be laundered. I am attaching a photo of stains on our comforter. Please let your housekeeping staff not just change sheets, but also pay attention to when it's time to change the rest of the bedding. We ate breakfast the next day at the hotel. It was a full breakfast that was typical of most Best Western Plus hotels. It served its purpose and provided enough nutrition for our morning. Other amenities: The did have an outdoor poor, but we didn't use it. They also had a fitness center. If you have an electric car, they have a charging station. A self-service laundry is available for those who need one. The hotel had a very good rate and value, considering that it was located within a large metropolitan area like Las Vegas. It was a good place for us to stay after coming back from the Grand Canyon and visiting the Lake Mead Recreation Area. Thankfully, there was no resort fee as the Strip hotels charge. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if/when in the area again.
