I really liked the location far away from the loudness, its a nice quiet area with everything you need within a hands reach

The breakfast choice was a bit poor. The coffee quality was also very poor. The windows in the room dont open but thats I believe a location issue more than the hotels...

Beds are comfortable and they accommodate our rooms to be close to the elevators. Bot of us are Veterans and have trouble walking long distance.

Stand in line, but I understand there were people in front of me and only one Front Desk available. at the time.

Good value. Friendly service. Very comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast included.

If the surrounding neighborhood is an issue, it wasn't a great neighborhood, but that wasn't an issue for me. Best Western Plus hotels are always a welcoming place to stay regardless of the neighborhood.
