Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nampa - Idaho Center by IHG

We weren't expecting to show up to a place that was under construction. Pretty inconvenient in terms of the parking and getting to our room. It would of been nice to be notified of that and or have a lower rate for the room. The staff was pretty great checking us in and out. The lady working on the breakfast area was rude and not very friendly. Seemed like she was trying to do it all on her own.

Do Not Stay Here. Bad construction going on. Sadly I paid for an entire week to endure this. Painters covered our window and AC unit outside with plastic. That was just lovely. Super loud freeway noise 24/7. Little to no parking. I saw employees parking in guest parking spots. So I guess that is more important. Even if there was construction there is still not enough parking. Smell of paint and joint compound everywhere continually. Lots of people bringing thier dogs, dog pee right by elevator on new flooring. Bad rotten experience. And to top it off they started spray painting the outside of the building directly around my window. The smell of paint was so strong we about asphyxiated. I would never recommend staying here or stay here again. This construction is no where near complete. I recommend going elsewhere or sleeping in your car.

Was not told till the day of my arrival thatvthe hotel was under major constrution. Internet went out all day. Parking was a joke. Waist of my money and time. Problem with my service dogs bordering harrassment

This property is currently being remodeled. I would have rated it higher but this hotel and others in the area are so expensive. Why such high prices in Nampa???!

Great. Construction a bit inconvenient.

Good location quick on the freeway.

The place was under construction, so it was carpeted in some places in the carpet and others and boarded up in areas and you had to go through a side door to get to a desk that was makeshift, but the people were very nice and our room was very nice.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating for spouse requiring an ADA room. Loved the convenience of Saint Alphonsus next door.

Didn't find out pool was closed and place is under major reconstruction until I got a text the day before my stay.

Major reconstruction wasn't wasn't posted on the website I used to book .

Property was under construction, and very little parking. No pool and hot tub, most rooms under construction. They should have made this clear.
