"Enjoyable stay"

We had a great stay. The pool and hot tub were closed so that was a bummer. The staff was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. I had a hard time with sleeping due to our room window being right by the freeway, the sound the cars all night. Was happy with our stay overall

"If you want to sleep, ask for this."

Get a parking lot room view if you want a good sleep, as the other side will keep you awake. Breakfast is very good and hot food. Hotel is doing renovations, as it is old, hopefully new windows and ac units, that is the reason for the noise.

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

TERRIBLE customer service!! If there was a ZERO - that is what they would get!! The front desk was a joke, and the manager was worse! They tried giving us a room that was horrible, next to the freeway, there was no way to block the noise, impossible to sleep, would NEVER go back!!

The rooms are comfortable and and nicely designed. The breakfast was a good start to the day as well.

The higher cost for having dogs. I understand the fee if something occurs, but it would be nice if it was partially refundable
