Holiday Inn Killeen - Fort Hood Area by IHG

Welcoming staff and bar staff were great, property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

I had to wipe a few things down in the bathroom. Just a little more attention to detail. The pool was closed which was a reason I booked so my nephew had something to do. No complimentary breakfast.

Nice well maintained facility. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Well my hotel deposit made me overdraft because I had cash but they didn't take cash

Friendly staff along with clean hotel. Great location for our religious event.

Parking seemed unprotected and vulnerable. I notified the front desk that the room's door didn't secure easily. One had to shove it to open and pull it hard to secure it. Nothing was done about it during our stay.

That I couldn’t get a room cause they all booked up and I got to call from booking saying that they were booked to look for a different hotel. So this trip will be my last booking a room with booking.com.

We didn't get to stay. The hotel canceled our reservation because of storm damage to the hotel. The problem was they did not inform me of the cancelation until I got there
