The beds were comfortable and the room)shower were very clean.

$55 a night for parking is pretty steep considering there isn't anywhere else to park other than the hotels garage. Also the location is subpar it's in the ghetto part of the city!

The hotel rooms are cleaned well.

Hotel is extremely overcrowded, I booked two rooms and had to wait hours for the second room to be ready.

This property exceeded my expectations. That said, I have a high bar due to nearly year-round travel. The quality for me was largely driven by exceptional service. Right off the bat, TJ at the front desk was very helpful and was able to find me a suite despite my early arrival. Always a plus when staff goes out of their way to get you into a room before check-in. Excellent service continued when I received a welcome text and check-in from the hospitality team. With excellent follow-ups from team members (Alex, Deris, Nianza, and Alondra). My room was fantastic. Also above expectations. The space and layout combined with the views make the ups grade coat worth it - especially over an extended weekend. For reference I was in a Bayfront King Suite. For price, and tier this was a really great room. Next visit I want to try the executive or presidential suite. Yes, this property is one I plan to return to. I was very happy. I also tried the bars and restaurants on site. Food was excellent. I tried Hudson & Nash (onsite) for breakfast twice (and afternoon calamari). Danial continued the great customer service - as well as (clearly) the chef and team in the back of the house. The quality at Odysea (another great onsite bar / restaurant) continued to the trend. The Ceviche was incredible and tasted super fresh (the vegetables and seafood). Skyla also made great drinks and menu recommendations. More perfect service. Sometimes I am hesitant on larger properties (especially those adjacent to stadiums). This property and the team has made me rethink that. The bay location and options within walking distance were fun. The quality and service were outstanding. The amenities and onsite options were excellent. Five stars. I’ll be back. Cheers travelers. Great location and nice and clean rooms. Note: to improve, add magnifying mirror in the bathroom. A bidet would be nice too. Add a microwave in the rooms. Very quiet when sleeping.

Our bathroom was looking a bit old, The tub was pretty worn and stained. Maybe it could use a little update🥰 Maybe an upgrade to the coffee maker?
