I encountered an issue with my reservation prior to check-in, and Stephanie handled the situation with patience, empathy, confidence, and genuine care. She took the time to listen, thoroughly review everything, and ultimately resolve the matter in a way that completely restored my confidence in the hotel. What impressed me most was her calm demeanor, problem-solving ability, and commitment to making sure guests feel valued and taken care of. "HORRIBLE BEDS"

Overall, this was an average stay. We expected better quality though. The room was decent, but the bed was horrible cheap worn out junk mattresses. The Valet parking was pleasant but overpriced. The hotel overall was in good shape. We would look for some other place to stay next time.

"Great Location"

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is in a great position for all amenities. Its a short taxi ride from the airport, easy access to the famous zoo, the Sea Port and the Gas Lamp Quarter.
