Wanshang Garden Hotel

The rooms are very clean and breakfast is perfect. Both chinese and western style. The reception stuff are not smilly and do not know english well. The place is really far from major sites. But there is a metro station (line1) by 15 min walking. The wanda plazza around is a good place to shopping and preparing anything.

停车方便，安静，附近有眉州东坡酒楼和万达广场，吃饭方便

Good hotel. There are 2 buildings A building and B building. Breakfast will be served in building B. Breakfast okay. There is atm next to hotel's building. and there is mall nearby this hotel. We can reach by walking. Receptionist is in building A

The room at the Wanshang was comfortable although the bed was a bit too hard. It was difficult to even get an additional towel as most of the staff don't speak English. The fitness centre is great but they don't provide water or towels. The spa pool is AMAZING!!! Negates the need to pay for a massage. It is a short walk from here to get on to subway line 1 and the Wanda Plaza Shopping Centre is also a short walk. There are plenty of places close by to eat and it was an adventure because ordering was done using a lot of hand signals and pointing to pictures on menus

The Wanshang is in easy walking distance to the subway, shopping centre and some excellent places to eat. Most of the staff at the Wanshang could not understand or speak English wjich made it difficult to even get an extra towel but we muddled through. The fitness centre was great but there were no towels or water provided.

We were travelling in a group, so the travel agency had booked this hotel. First the room was very old looking and carpets were dirty. Secondly the extra bed did not have a mattress, it was just a small sheet on a wooden plank. No one can sleep on it, so finally I slept on the carpet. Thirdly, despite several complaints from our entire group members the AC was not working properly. Beijing was around 30 degrees at night and the hotel did not have proper air conditioning. Lastly the morning breakfast was so bad, nothing tasted good. On the second day of our stay, almost our entire group was there around 9 for breakfast only to find that most of the items were empty and they did not even refill it. The cook who was making omelet was spitting into a bin kept next to the stove. It was horrible, never have seen such things happen anywhere in the world. If you have a choice, please avoid this hotel.

環境跟房間都很不錯，就是冷氣不太冷 我是5月去的晚上偶爾會熱醒

北京郊外の山地を自転車で走る為に利用しました。郊外の山地に近い所に位置しておりサイクリストには良い立地かと思います。 自転車は、フロントで預かってもらいました

The room was clean, hommy but make sure to double check when we arrived. stayed for 7 days and We've got an upgrade room, thank to mercure wanshang beijing. Everything is good but communication with hotel staf was very bad because of their english language except the manager.
