We recently hosted our organisation’s conference at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire process, from planning to the event itself. The conference rooms were perfect for our needs, and the team went above and beyond to make our cultural night and final dinner feel special. The waterfront location close to the city centre was a huge bonus, and the area itself was quiet and peaceful, creating a really relaxing atmosphere for our attendees. Highly recommend for conferences and events.

Stayed here one night before our cruise, staff were great, massage place was fab, breakfast was awful and no one told us what we could or couldn’t have like eggs cooked etc, not much choice. Seemed to be a lot of inexperienced staff too.Good sort and lovely sunset though.

Food is the best. Bed & shower and very good customer service 👌

Comfortable bed. Great staff. Awesome value. Sam makes a great margarita and the beer on tap was nice and cold!

A bit tired in old part of the resort. Room was a bit dated. New part looks nice. Breakfast was average.

Very friendly stuff. An environment is nice and clean the breakfast it's too good 👍
