Nice staff ,very friendly

It was nice to have buffer breakfast the roti was placed on the news paper in the food warmer. Which it shouldn't be because of the inks in the news paper . And the bathroom need general cleaning moulds in the bathroom tides.

We were there to watch rugby at Churchill Park, so this was a great location. The pool area is lovely

I stayed at Tanoa Waterfront Lautoka from 27 March to 5 April 2026. While the rooms themselves were comfortable and well-presented, I was disappointed that the in-room TVs, despite being smart TVs, did not have the capability to connect to my phone. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room overall; however, the bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard throughout my 9-night stay. The sink often remained dirty, and there was noticeable mould in the shower. At times, I felt less clean after using the bathroom than before. I want to emphasise that this did not seem to be the fault of the housekeeping staff, but rather a lack of proper equipment or sufficient time allocated by management for a thorough clean. Lastly, I would like to recognise four staff members who truly stood out: Adi, Mourine, Pitalina, and Ana. They were consistently warm, hospitable, and approachable, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their level of service was exceptional, and they are a real asset to the hotel. I hope to see them again on my next visit, as they genuinely deserve recognition for their outstanding work.

Looked after exceptionally well..arrived in middle of cyclone and needed meds ...no taxis available ..Staff member Shahim took me to chemist, waited and brought me back to hotel...no charge...although I offered to pay. Great customer service

Such as amazing spot and great place to hang out.Pizza is delicious alongside with ice coffee.Lina the manager was so amazing with her customer service,very professional and a great asset for the company.Highly recommended.Definetely be back.

We stayed at Tanoa Waterfront in Lautoka for 3 nights while visiting family nearby. Then one additional night a week later. This is the best of hotels in Lautoka. It’s right across the road from the waterfront,(not a beach though). The hotel decor is slightly dated, but not unsightly. Well kept. It has a bar with a nice patio, a restaurant that serves good food, a spa service, and two outdoor pools. The largest pool is nicely landscaped and a decent size. The only issue was that the pool chiller was not working and the pool was overly warm. The staff are all very warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, but again - a bit dated. On our second visit, the AC was not working to 100%, but it was fine for a night. The location of this hotel is central in Lautoka, and it’s a good option to stay.
