"Excellent Eden"

We had a lovely stay at Eden Roc, we loved the amazing food, variety of restaurants and sports and just being able to have a proper reset

"Nice food but overall not great"

The food was very good in all the restaurants

Insufficient staff in the bars, there were constant queues at all times at all the bars. Housekeeping was poor, bathroom items not refreshed daily. The mini bar was empty on arrival and filled only after 3 complaints and 14 hours had passed and was then not replenished for the rest of the stay 8 nights. The hotel looks tired and is in need of renovation, carpets were stained & dirty, lifts break down each day, bathroom sink leaked The staff were pleasant but appeared short on numbers and lacking in customer service training This was far below a 5 star experience

"This is not a five star hotel in my opinion. Location is great, but the pricevis very hige for what you get"

The location, the restaurant’s, also the stuff are helpful.

The elevators didn’t always work we where on the 4th floor. The noise at night ( until 23;00) from the bar, you just can’t sleep on the rooms above, the music is in your room. We asked and changed the room to the other side of the building.

"Excellent"

Some things need help, they are run down, not enough help. hard to get good workers, but they try hard to please all guests. All around it was worth it, hopefully we will do it again next year. Enjoy!

"Amazing hotel with amazing restraurant"

Everything was amazing, special thanks for the whole stuff for their kindness and care! The restraurants were amazing, just like the foods. We have been upgraded to a room with sea view, which was stunning! The beach was really near with many activites and boat trip options.

Room Tip: Earplug is a must if you would like to sleep if you have a room in front of the beach bar area

Good location, friendly stuff and very nice beach/pools. We also had a really awesome view from the room The food was really tasty . Main buffet has a large selection of dishes and we liked it even more than the food in some of the restaurants of the hotel.

1. Elevators - we were on the 4-th floor and there were issues with elevators almost on the daily basis. 2. Room cleaning is done till very late. We used to come to the room to rest after the lunch around 14:30 and they even didn't start to clean it up few days in row
