Grate location. The beds are very confortable the staff os very friendly

Check in was easy. They were ready for our small group. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are nice. It is just a short walk to the causeway that connects Santa Elena to Flores. Breakfast was quite good, too.

Great place to be

We went to Peten to explore the Tikal National Park (50min away). It was a good location since the beautiful Island of Flores was a 5 minute walk from this Hotel. The staff was friendly and professional. We asked for two rooms to be next to each other and they were very accommodating. I would recommend to stay on the second floor since the rooms were not as humid as the first floor. They had air conditioner, really hot water, clean bed linens and towels, pool on site and hammocks to relax. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Flores.

Very, very nice courtyard. Decent pool. Made us park our bike at a hotel a couple minutes away, instead of in the lower walkway where the staff bikes were parked. Room was very loud if the window was open - the attendants at the neighboring casino were very loud. Would stay again though.

Hotel is close by everywhere. Tikal is 48 mins by car. Clean and helpful staff.

We were pleased with the location as we wanted to stay out of the island of Flores. Our bus stopped right at the corner saving a tuc tuc (motorcycle like taxi service) ride. It was also very close to a supermarket with 2 ATM machines. Very convenient. We had dinner in a very simple and local restaurant which was walking distance too. The check in was super fast and done by a pleasant gentleman. The patio was beautiful and inviting. The room was small and a bit crampy just because they had 2 queen sized beds. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't included and was very overpriced. It cost us Q 100 for simple toast for me a small yogurt for my husband. To have an idea the night before we had dinner with 4 beers and it cost Q 90. Ouch. It was also slow which it's specially annoying because we had an early flight. The location is AMAZING for taking a flight Flores to Guatemala city. 5 minutes by tuc tuc (Q5) The hotel did not have shuttle as stated in the reservation but I asked her to call us a cab for 06:50 so we'd leave on time. When we came to collect our luggage there was no transportation available but she helped hailing a tuc tuc which took a few minutes only. I would stay again but would definitely buy something to eat for breakfast at the market as it was extremely cheap.

The place was very clean, stuff was friendly, food was great. I felt at home.

The room was beautiful, clean, and charming. The courtyard was gorgeous with a fountain, patio, and well maintained flowers and beautiful vines hanging down the stone walls. The staff was amazing. Wished we had stayed more than a couple of nights.

I liked this little hotel! Not much in the area, but when entering the hotel you enter a beautiful courtyard. My room was simple, with plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the swimming pool, which was refreshing. Dinner was nice, but I was the only person in the dining room, so a bit lonely. A quick walk to the causeway, or a tuk-tuk to Flores. Good value for the property.
