Hotel Del Patio

Excellent hotel, clean, and very well located. Staff is GREAT, price is good. Only take in to account that it doesn't has views to Peten Itza Lake. Totally recommended and will use it again.

WiFi was not available, everything else was fine, comfortable beds

It was away from the backpacker ghetto. Convenient to shopping and transport. Quiet. Nice pool.

Excelente hotel para estar comodamente en un viaje familiar. Flores esta relativamente cerca al hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias y el personal muy servicial. No colocan agua pura en las habitaciones y un poco sobrevalorado los precios del restaurante.

Since we arrived the staff was always looking to make our stay better. The hotel was pretty clean, organized and has a great location.

Very centric, clean and beautiful central patio to sit down and have a nice glass of wine or enjoy breakfast

We didn't expect such a beautiful place. Stone building with a great courtyard. It's on two levels and an area upstairs has been set aside for hammocks and comfy chairs. It's very close to the bridge going onto the island and only a 10 minute walk to other side. The supermarket is a few minutes away. The room we had was super comfortable. Would have liked a fridge but otherwise no qualms. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the pool well set out. I can't imagine why anyone would be disappointed in choosing to stay here.

The room on the first day was dirty and smell like humd I find mold in the dresser they give me a better room the next day the food was ok the personnel was good wi fi bad in the upstairs rooms

Beautiful building

The staff at front desk is super friendly. The restaurant needs work specially with how long it takes them to serve. It takes forever and the waiter isn’t to friendly. My room had two problems. First the beds are located under the drapes so it doesn’t matter if they are black out the light hits you on the face in the morning. Second, you don’t provide bottled water. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed. We needed water to take our pills but you don’t provide them. You should fix that.
