Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Room was warm initially but A/C works good and quickly. Enjoyed the pool. Close to some stores and restaurants. Short walk across to island. Nice plaza. Would stay there again.

The hotel was very good. Just perfect for a convenient stay. Don't expect much in regards to luxury, but it will be a great place to use as a basecamp as you explore Petén. I actually liked it way more than the hotel my friends were staying in Flores, which was more pricey yet felt older. If you have a car you can go to Flores in less than 4 minutes, and it's 15min walking. Moreover, I could peacefully sleep here no loud clubs around.

From the outside appearance it does not look like much. Once you enter the gate the patio and garden are beautiful. The place is quiet. It had a good air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and nice. There was no Resturant or food on the site. Flores is a 10 minute walk. I walked to Flores to eat and back to the hotel at 9 pm after dark. I would stay there again. Internet was also good.
