Staff were great. Pool was fun until a child puked in it and we were no longer able to swim which was one of the main reasons we stayed here.

The TVs didn't screen mirror and had minimal channels.

Staff were very nice including the breakfast staff.

The staff were very accommodating. I was able to leave my car the night before check-in due to logistics of my stay that weekend. I did not get a chance to check-in at 3pm as expected .The Hotel called me around 9pm to confirm if I was still staying the night. Which I appreciated checking first before canceling. The amenities were clean and comfortable.

Although I know this happens often at Hotels during the winter seasons, I felt the price was a bit unreasonable per night in comparison to others in the areas, especially for North Bay. There was a volley ball, basketball tournament the same weekend we checked-in and I felt this was taken advantaged of. My only other disappointment and although this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault due to the increase in volume of the amount of people there I did feel that the breakfast was not replenished often enough. I had to speak with a staff member to advise them, and it took 15 minutes to get batter for the pancake machine, which resulted in a line up of people waiting as well. I have worked in a hotel previously and we were always advised of the tournaments and busy weekends and to be extra mindful of such. My recommendation would be to do the same if not already.
