This property is so clean and modern, the front desk and staff are all friendly and welcoming. In a small town it is wonderful to have a hotel that still strives to provide big city comfort. We had a king room that was spacious and well appointed. The bed, just absolute comfort! Lovely option of 2 types of pillow per person ensuring custom comfort. Full closet with iron and board to straighten up packed clothing. Plenty of hot water in shower. Lighting was particularly nice, with little night lights at bathroom entrance.

We arrived Christmas Day , the place was bright welcoming with fresh hot coffee. Hot chocolate would have been a nice extra special bonus!

good location and breakfast also a very nice suite

my neighbor personally came to my door at 7pm to “scare” me into being more quite and threatened to get me kicked out. staff did handle it well tho and he never came back.

I have stayed at ALOT of hotels that include breakfast and it was The Best breakfast selection offered in a hotel that I have ever experienced.

I cannot think of one thing I didn’t like during my stay at The Holiday Inn in North Bay!
