Good size rooms

Poor common spaces, noisy traffic. The hotel only provides “limited“ shuttle service to the airport which means once an hour, a long time to wait at the airport for a lift to your hotel.

They said they would email me an invoice. Never did. Charged 150 dollar deposit as part of my total bill instead of separately. Have to wait 5-7 days to get a deposit back. Ridiculous. Should just be pre-authorized and returned at checkout.

I love the room size with a private king bed

The parking spots were very small . Not many for bigger vehicles.

The hot breakfast that was included was quite good, room suited our needs and the staff was pleasant.

With only a van shuttle to transport to and from the airport, our party of six had to wait a long time to get picked up at 1am. Not that big of a deal, but unfortunate.

Location to everything in Richmond. Good breakfast selection Quiet location.

Pull out bed mattress was not comfortable. TV's did not have internet access, so could not use streaming services.
