"Perfect hotel if you are looking for a place to stay if traveling with a sports team. Breakfast, clean rooms, etc."

From the front desk to the entire staff, the experience at this Holiday Inn was excellent. We brought our basketball team here and will be staying at this location again next summer. Clean rooms, great location, and top notch restaurants nearby.

I can hear other people next to my room specially when there fighting during 3am. Dirty bathroom and didnt have bathroom towels for showering. Oh and bar wasn't open

"Missing Front Desk Clerk"

The facility is in a very bad condition. I had to cancel two nights out of the three-night stay booked. They agreed to a refund for two nights. But their GM refused a refund even after I offered to show him proof of their cancellation confirmation. Complained with IHG. But no result.

I arrived at 430 pm. Room wasn’t ready. Had ADA room. Desk man offered option of me using another room to change until ADA room was ready. Tim made sure 4 maids were sent to complete the cleanup. 15 mins I was in room. Desk man offered me soda and chair during my wait. Very kind. Hotel needs updates. Carpet is old and has holes. Walls need painting. Elevator needs updating.
