Holiday Inn Aurora North - Naperville by IHG

Every year I come for a HUGE FAMILY TRADITION & need a clean comfortable customer friendly stay I can probably make a tradition at staying in every year as well we are a group of 50 and would be a great benefit for your company however I will NOT be choosing this place the lighting was poor the service as well they charged an extra $10 per person rooms for breakfast rooms and bathrooms need to be updated. Coffee was good.

The staff is very friendly. My father-in-law spoke very broken English and the staff still managed to help him with what he needed.

Opening the sliding doors, a horrible wet smell over came you. He quickly went away and she walked into the main entry. The clerk at the desk was playing a video game on his phone and put us on hold. The towels in the bathroom were old actually seem kind of dirty and well used. I called the front desk and he told me if you want more towels come and get them. I can’t leave in the morning. They wanted to charge me for the breakfast that I paid for The breakfast was horrible eggs recall there was no toast.

Hall rugs were horribly dirty. Towels were bad

The Hotel was nice and clean. Jackie was the best at the front desk!!! She was helpful when asked and always had a smile. We would go back again!

Nothing spectacular that stands out but clean and quiet and good location.

My experience here was great, Jackie was a great helper with good personality. She helped me get my breakfast and I had a great time.

Nice ;accommodating ; Mrs Jackie was very sweet and very helpful during my stay. Everything was great from sundries to the housekeeping cleaning my room daily and making sure I had clean sheets and towels.

The thermostat was not operating and it was cold the whole visit...66 degrees. There is no full length mirror...only mirror was bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is inadequate. The bed was very good.

The front desk staff was terrific! Very nice and attentive. The property does need some TLC. Too many weeds around the property. The toilet in our room did not flush at time. The property really needs an overall update.
