The hotel was clean and the staff nice. The hotel itself was in dire need of a refresh. Stained carpet, peeling wallpaper, scratched elevator doors, etc. I expected a little nicer hotel for the location and the money. Holiday Inn used to be a great brand.

The room was old looking with a really bad perfume smell that was over powering. Then the black out shades had holes all over that let too much light in. The air conditioner was loud and kept turning on and off. Finally , the mattress was hard as a rock!
