"Terrible condition "

While the staff was amazing, the condition of the property is poor. The third floor smells horribly of mold/mildew to the point that I’m concerned it may be a health hazard. There are mold spots on the ceiling and the fixtures are rusted. One of the outlets in our room had clearly been overheated/burned as well. There were also stains on some of the bedding. Overall, I wouldn’t be able to recommend this location in good faith unless a lot of work is done to remedy the problems.

"Mildew Inn Awful smell"

Our rooms smelled of mildew. This used to be our go-to hotel before cruises. Now we are looking for other options. SMH! We have another non refundable reservation in 3 weeks. Im going to call and see if they can move me to another hotel because of the mildew smell. I am so disappointed in IHG. I have recommended countless people to this location. What happened to this wonderful hotel?
