"Smelly mess"

Hotels.com booked us a disability room without our knowledge. The room smelled as if the carpet was mildew. The carpet and in the walls was wet from the storms. Per the front desk attendant. So to change rooms would have been pointless because the other rooms smelled the same. Also the shower head was zipped tied so that it wouldn't fall from its position. Mind you it did anyway when I tried to adjust it. The shower curtain had visible urine stains and it reaked. I was given some spray to spray around the room just to make it through the night. Needless to say I'm up at 2 a.m. making this review. I feel robbed not only of my hard earned money but of my rest.

Decent older hotel. Some distress in the bathroom. Beds looked clean. Only had 2 towels in the room. Not the best if your wife has long hair.

Lobby smelt like cigarette smoke even though there was a clear no smoking sign as soon as you walked in. My family was there less than 12 hours. No other complaints.
