"Hot, hot, hot..."

Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good, staff was nice.

The air conditioning was horrible. It took the sun going down for it to make an impact in the room. Its almost like they did cheap renovations to look nice but didn't upgrade some very important things.

"Zero tolerance, don't care about customer loyalty."

Wife accidently made res here instead of utica NY. Immediately called hotel. Refused refund, rude to my wife. Called customer care. Refused refund. We often stayed with holiday inn. No more. Don't stay here. Only care about getting your money, not customer satisfaction/ loyalty.
