"Exceptional"

Weekend stay with late check in was all good. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. Our room was clean, spacious and the only complaint was that our desk lamp didnt work which made that area of the room a little dark and difficult to work in and our key didnt work on the blds side door outside so we got new keys after night one. . The hotel itself was quiet, near shopping/dinning/attractions. All in all a pleasant stay and would recommend/ stay again.

Beeping all night outside of the hotel from one of the next door stores (Sam's club I think) also the hot did not have the room I booked available. Said they would discount me both nights and did not. People loud in the hallways after midnight.

there was nothing that stood out.wasnt worse ive been at but far from a hoilday inn standard.direct tv was good

shower elevator cleanness desk staff screwed me out of my rewards.no soda macines.options n store wasnt good.pool cloudy.tub didnt drain fast.
