Felt clean and updated

It was about the same cleanliness as a cheap roadside motel. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and wet dog, dirty fingerprints all over the light switches, walls, doors, the bed was very uncomfortable, etc... Elevator had food all over the floor and smears all over the doors and controls... The pool was out of order and wasn't mentioned when we reserved the rooms. The "free breakfast" was fine if you just happened to be one of the first ones down there to get some, they ran out of breakfast rather fast. Seemed like a rather loud and noisy hotel, I could hear people shutting their doors and walking up n down the hallway all night long... Overall I wouldn't recommend this noisy craphole to anyone, especially for the price. There are other hotels and motels in town that I've stayed at in the past that were cheaper, cleaner, everything worked, etc ...

I am pretty frustrated that the pool was closed and nothing was noted online. I would have chosen another hotel so that my kids could swim.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole property was very clean. The hot breakfast had a good selection and was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again!

It was very nasty. The carpet was disgusting. I wouldn’t let any of us walk on it without shoes. The bathtub looked like it had been there since early 1900’s. One of the top comforters had stains on it. We were very disappointed that it was called a Holiday Inn of any kind.

It would have been a lot better if the pool was open. I pick this hotel even though it was $50 more a night than super 8 because it had a heated pool and hot tub but pool closed and no hot tub
