Breakfast is top notch, keep up the excellent work. Mattress among the most comfortable we have used. Considering how cold the weather was the room temperature modulation was excellent.

Not certain why, but we never had hot water no matter how long we ran the tap. The privacy of conversation in the room's bath is questionable; we could easily make out conversation from a different resident while we were in our bathroom (from the vent I am guessing). Your fire door to the stairwell on the second floor does not self-close; hangs up on the carpet,

Very clean, check in easy, employees very friendly and welcoming. Loved the location.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and firmer than I prefer, but not too bad.

The staff were amazing! So helpful and kind.

The rook wasn’t up to the standard I normally see from HIE hotels. The fridge was leaking into the floor in the room, which was minor. But then I saw a roach near a food area before leaving the premises.

We’ve stayed there before and knew it was a good place.

Amazingly clean, friendly helpful staff. Wonderful rooms with comfy beds. So clean! Great breakfast with a lot of choices. We had a nice relaxing time here.
