Holiday Inn Express & Suites Malvern by IHG

Front desk super helpful. Breakfast was good lots of options but kept spotless. Room was same comfortable bed and really clean.

This was a clean, fairly quiet place and the staff was nice. The parking is a little limited.

I was told by family that this was the cleanest motel in Malvern, so we stayed there. Not disappointed. The Facilities were very clean, had a nice breakfast and the staff were very supportive and friendly. Room was a little noisy because of highway so close, but got used to it and had no trouble sleeping. Would definitely stay here next time we are in Malvern AR

This is where we stop when visiting the Malvern area. Quiet, neet, exceptional staff.

This hotel is starting to show some age and a little neglect. They had older styled furniture in the room that needs to go, a shower head poured out water so obviously they didn't know about that, the bed mattress was worn out, but everything was clean and the ac worked properly. They only had one HBO channel that didn't even have movies. Breakfast was nice with a pancake machine, great looking and tasting bacon and biscuits and gravy. They struck completely out on the eggs however. The only eggs offered were egg white & veggie omelets. They looked like something made in a factory made out of who knows what and painted yellow before being frozen and shipped. I watched as 20 people came in for breakfast and 20 people didn't touch a single one. I don't get it they started serving this mess during covid and now it appears after going to real eggs they reversed course again. I stay at a lot at Wyndham hotels, and they have never served anything but real eggs, what gives?
