The hotel location n the beds are comfortable. No comments on that. Best is the sauna n steam room n the gym too.

Breakfast was not as good before. Standard ,quality n variety has dropped alot compared to my previous stay. The toilet bowl was too small n uncomfortable to sit on. Could be bigger n more comfortable kind. The cafe/bar on the 1st floor near check in lobby staff name farid was very rude. He sounds unhappy when asked about the cafe operating hours

⭐ Good Family Hotel, Especially for Kids ⭐ We stayed here as a family during our holiday in Malacca. The room was very nice, spacious, and kids-friendly, which made our family stay comfortable. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the stay itself was pleasant.

One point to note for Indian families: the breakfast options were limited and not very suitable for Indian tastes. Also, the hotel mostly caters to other nationalities, so Indian food options and familiarity were minimal.

The location

Its a triple room meant for 3 person. But the beds are more so for 2 people instead of for 3. 2 adults have to be squuezed into one bed.

Clean and great food

Some staff at reception counter are not helpful, leave me with no solution. In services line, we need to be knowledgeable, do extra and provide alternative/solution to customer. However, one male staff at the counter (on Saturday 20/12 about 500pm-600pm) really a good and commendable staff). Sorry I should have taken his name to compliment his good deed. Keep it up!

Rooms and bathroom. Clean and very nice smelling.

Breakfast. Some were good but some bot so great. Dimsum was not great at all. Plates used for breakfast buffets were DIRTY. More attention should be given to the cleanliness at the restaurant.
