"Not worth the money. 5 star hotel but does not impress me much"

Location was good.

Breakfast was not so good. Topping up was very bad. Staff not proactive. Label of food was wrong. Standard drop . I was regular there now not so good.

Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were very friendly. Location also fine. Can use grab to go to tourist places.

Struggled a lot with food. Adjusted with grab ordering from Saravana restaurant. We choose western food. Stay was for 2 days. There is no buffet for western food. Very less options. Pizza, pasta and chicken. Itโ€™s repetition of same menu. We need to tell the time upfront for dinner. I would say donโ€™t go with breakfast and dinner.

Excellent, friendly and sincere service from reception to housekeeping.

The spa was a disappointment. Massage was sub par and rushed. A 120mins treatment was completed 15 mins early
