They did not control the noise level , they pretty much allowed a group staying there to take over the lobby morning and night. It was beyond boisterous,

"Very bad, will never return."

I usually stay at Holiday Inn in the US and Europe. This was the worst experience: the bathroom was not clean, poorly maintained with mold in the corners and roof. In the morning, there was a super noise maintenance done in TWO rooms next door to mine. Very disappointing.

The dryer for the guests was not working and the hotel’s solution was to allow guests to use the dryer from the hotel service. So that was nice!

"Good Stay in Mason"

We were in a handicapped room even though we are not handicapped. We were told it occurred because we booked 3rd party. This created problems with the shower as water went everywhere. Hose cleaner did not understand English , but Front desk Service was quick to bring towels. Breakfast was ok and all other items were good

"Excellent hotel"

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and competent. One time, though, there was no hot water in the evening for the shower. But, other than that, everything was great at this hotel.
