"Kings Island trip"

At checkin they couldn’t fined my paid reservation. But the manager went through the computer and finally found it. Both the manager and the front desk person were great. Then we were given a room, the room was nice and the beds were great. But when we went to leave the room. The door would not lock. I went back to the front desk and told the employee about the door. He came and checked the door and couldn’t get it to lock. We went back to the front desk, and he immediately gave us a new room. We had a few problems at first, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. And they were very friendly and professional. We loved the area, was very convenient. We will be back. Thanks

We had a very uncomfortable smell in our bathroom! Quite strong, either cleaning solution or shower curtain?? Not sure but it was not good!

"We had a great stay."

The room was great.... the neighbors....not so much... we spent the day at Kings Island and turned in around 1030-11pm... our neighbors along with their kids came bursting into their room around 130-2am... and they acted like they were the only people in the building... HIGHLY ANNOYING. This isn't the hotels fault whatsoever, more of a societal thing... outside of that, the hotel was great.

Bathroom wasn't that clean. Tub was stopped up on first stay. Didn't have enough dry & wash towels. There was a guy that was (barely) at front desk... had to wait 15 mins for him to get bk from where ever he was a few times. Also, dryer was out of order while I was there, however the lady that was front desk on the sec stay was alot better. No means to get her in any trouble, because she went out the way to dry my clothes. I did give her the $ for dryer... but, I thought that was pretty cool & nice for her to do... just wanted to recognize her for that! In general, I'm a bit disappointed in my stay... for the amount that was charged for this room, this hotel could do better. I doubt I ll stay here again, even though it was convenient to Kings Island.
