I paid for a room with a hot tub-we did not have a tub. I also paid for breakfast and the restaurant was closed, so we were not able to get the breakfast we paid for nor were we refunded the money.

Iโ€™d like to receive the services I paid for. Not sure if this is a problem with Booking.com Or the hotel
