This was a horrible hotel. Pool and hot tub out of order, breakfast was disgusting, our room AC/heater was broke. No compensation for anything - just a “ sorry”

Pool and spa were down which is why we all picked this hotel and paid more than we would have next door with just a pool and no spa but they work! They have no date for it to be up and running! Bathroom door didn’t lock. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

"Attention to the little details"

Well the room was fine but not thoroughly cleaned under the bed. Exercise room had broken machines and no garbage can to throw away tissues. Pool and hot tub were not open which we were not notified. That and pet friendly were the reasons we booked here.

"Close to everything!"

We stayed overnight for our son's basketball tournament. It was so close to everything we needed. Staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. We were very happy with our stay!

I paid for a king size bed .... Bed we had was barely a queen. Heat barely kicked on all night despite being set in 71, and was way cold. Horrible stay here
