Location for our needs

Property under heavy renovation, staff didn’t seem concerned about the chaotic environment. This information should have been disclosed at booking. Cleanliness at breakfast was questionable due to dust from renovation. Exit driveway was torn up, causing possible damage to under carriage of car, again staff not concerned.

Rooms were clean rooms facing back have a beautiful view of lake and houses with Christmas lights. Very nice

Due to renovations small place to eat breakfast. Not enough places to sit ,breakfast ok ,pancake maker don't work. Coffee maker in room doesn't work .I'm sure things will be better as soon as renovations are done.

"This is a perfect five-star hotel!"

The location was very convenient and made it easy to come and go while in town visiting family. The hotel is beautiful with a welcoming sitting area available for guests. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on while staying at a hotel. I especially loved the selection and number of pillows available on each of the beds. I also loved the size of the desk because that’s the perfect spot for doing my makeup and hair. My favorite part of the stay was a complete surprise because I have never seen these before at any hotel - 2 sets of new packaged ear plugs left on the nightstands! What a thoughtful surprise and oh so smart!

I would have loved a fan or heater in the beautiful bathroom, but the mirror with the backlight made up for it!
