"Well located hotel with helpful staff and everything you expect from an Intercontinental"

This is a well located and well presented hotel. Bar and restaurant go out on to a nice terrace by the water. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very friendly. Decent gym (open 24hrs) and a pool. Within easy walking distance of historic Boston, the new Seaport development and the central business district.

amazing staff in all areas. clean comfortable well-appointed rooms. relaxed atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Room service very efficient and courteous. loved the doorbell system,much nicer than a knock on the door

a little tricky to work out operating the coffee machine initially .
