Amazing hotel, clean, welcominv, great location and most importantly beat service! Mamdouh on reception was so kind, helpful and so pleasant to talk to. Always s.iling and ready to help! We will definitely come back!

Teddy went out of his way to help me with three heavy luggages, and two coats. He also helped with the key cards, when it didn’t work, and he went downstairs to the concierge himself to fix the issue for me. I truly appreciate his hospitality and professionalism!

Very nice hotel. Nice room, good food, extra nice and helpful staff! Went for a formal gala. Went early. Had lunch when we arrived. Had a lovely salad with perfectly cooked salmon. They were very in tune with my gluten allergy.

The check in process was stressful. We called prior to check in time to see if we could check in and we were told our room was ready. Then we get to the hotel and were told it wasn’t. So we waiting in the lounge for over an hour waiting on the text that never came. Finally went downstairs after 4 explained our situation and the room at that point was ready.

InterContinental Buckhead is an exceptional property, modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Check-in was seamless, and the welcome snacks were a refined touch that set the tone for the stay. I stayed on a high floor, and the view was excellent, easily one of the highlights. The amenity fee is well worth it, offering credits for the on-site restaurant, Americano, and the minibar, which adds real value. Dining at Americano was a standout, the food was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff I encountered were consistently warm, attentive, and professional. I tend to notice even the smallest inconsistencies, but everything here felt truly five-star from start to finish. Without a doubt, this is the best IHG property I’ve stayed at.

This was my first visit to the Intercontinental Buckhead and I was very impressed with the warm reception, the welcoming smiles, and the willingness to assist. From the moment I drove up to the valet and was assisted by Anthony and then by Makai with my luggage, I was made to feel as though they were truly happy that I had arrived. Mickey and others working valet were also great. I have visited several hotels in Atlanta over the years, but this reception truly stood out. At the front desk, Kirsten, Preston and Rhama are the ones I interacted with most often but they were all very helpful and I truly appreciate the service they provided. Another helpful team worth noting was the staff at The Americano: Fabi, Fally, Felix, Jasmine, and Phil. They were attentive as well as kind. And Nayati (the Barista) was delightful and patient as I required her assistance in determining the best recipe for my cup of coffee. The housekeeping team does an amazing job with the rooms and the hotel was spotless. They are very responsive to requests. While I didn't schedule any services from the spa, the young ladies were very helpful in making me aware of the many options. The hotel is in a great locaton near shopping and restaurants. This was my first visit to this hotel, but it will not be my last.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous!! The lobby, rooms and pool were all a luxurious surprise! The views were beautiful. We were upgraded to the top floor and that gave us access to 21st floor, hospitality area. No charge for breakfast, cocktail hour; food and drink. It was an unexpected treat.

We’ve always stayed at The Grand but from now on we’ll be staying here. Everyone was friendly, the room was spacious and clean with great views of Atlanta. One special shout out to Laura at the pool bar, she read our minds and went above and beyond taking care of us and our family. Nice job to everyone at Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta for a special stay.
