What a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and very comfortable. Staff were attentive and very kind. The service was exceptional. Even on the beach the service was fantastic. Food was delicious 😋

Lovely hotel, amazing location. Fantastic food options and the hotel facilities are the best by far in my opinion. Entertainment was varied and tastefully selected. Everyone is willing to help and we felt very looked after! Mohammed Nasir at the beach bar is the best shisha man. Very attentive and made sure the shisha wasn’t burnt. He gave us lots of recommendations also and was very friendly, and helped us with any questions we had about Aqaba and the hotel.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful staff at IHG Aqaba. Already upon check-in we were greeted with smiles from Ms. Bryan, Mr. Bassel and also got an upgrade to a lovely room overlooking the pool. Ms. MaryGrace and Mr. Mohammad SALEH made sure our breakfasts were splendid and they never hesitated to assist when needed. We will surely be back next year, hopefully sooner too! :)

I do not recommend this hotel for a vacation in Aqaba. Although it is rated as a 5-star hotel, in my opinion it does not deserve more than 3. A significant part of the property is closed for renovation, and during the day it is impossible to rest due to the constant noise and the continuous presence of workers in the surrounding areas. Many common areas are inaccessible, and there are no public terraces available for guests. Next to the hotel, there are also ruins that spoil the view and the panorama. The rooms urgently need renovation: the furnishings are outdated and the environment feels neglected. No entertainment activities are offered, and when we tried to have dinner at the hotel, it was not possible because the restaurant was completely empty. The breakfast is disappointing: many similar dishes of rather low quality. Finally, at check-out, we were asked to fill out an evaluation form, and after giving some negative feedback, we found ourselves subjected to what felt like a full interrogation, as if they were unwilling to accept criticism.

I would like to extend special thanks to Abdallah Alawneh, Mohammad Mansour, and Ammar . They were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. Their warm hospitality and great assistance made my stay even better. Thank you to the hotel management for maintaining such a high level of service. I will definitely be visiting again
